Actually I am belonging to andhrapradesh , presently I am facing land acquisition issues related to NH216.
We are closed to 30 persons facing same issue.
In that mainly on pure componsation calculated (10% value only comparing with actual market value) by the officers without following basic rules .Improper root alignment lots of curvatures are there in the plan.
Modified plan signatures are not approved by the officials ( it was copied from the intial plan) . Many points we were invistigated and documented evidences .We need support from you how to approach and fight legally
