I want to know about Indian Law against Mental Harassment at Workplace. I am asking this question as I and being harassed and discriminated by my superior.
My superior belongs to Scheduled Caste in a Government organization. For last 2 years I am facing discrimination by him in workplace. He is giving me lot of responsibilities while I am already burdened with work. He issues warning letters and memos against me frequently for small reasons.
While my colleague is enjoying his time with lesser responsibilities and 10-5 job. I work for late hours and even in holidays. My colleague also belongs to scheduled caste and thus my superior favors him. When I posted against this then he simply issue warning.
Kindly tell me what should I do as per Indian Law Against Mental Harassment At Workplace in this case.
